When to go
Luckily there is always something to do in New York, no matter what time you visit. January and February are the cheapest months to go, but also the coldest. It often snows during this time. Spring breaks through in March and lasts until May, where rain is common but the city begins to look very pretty. June to August is the summer season and can get very hot and humid, but you will see be able to attend various outdoor events. September to November is a little bit cooler, and you’ll experience one of the greatest cities during fall season. Low season is from January to March, and the high season is from June to August & November to December, due to school holidays. Make sure to research the weather before you go so you can dress accordingly.
